Sunset at the West Switch of Sagers Siding, in eastern Utah, in the desert, on the D&RGW mainline. I was here for the first time on August 19, 2000, chasing a dream on the former Rio Grande. I found what I was looking for. This image is from a trip 9 years later. Regardless, this spot is my all-time favorite.
